Movember 2013

Movember funding allows researchers to make amazing progress in the field of prostate cancer. Their achievements are showcased in a series of videos with the tag line “Real Moustaches, Real Outcomes”, including a recent video documenting a Perth-based program linking exercise to improved patient health.

We at PurpleMonky were excited to be a part of this project. We have been a long time follower of Movember’s efforts in raising awareness and funds for prostate and testicular cancers as well as mental health. Movember encourages “Mo Bros” to sign up in Sept/Oct and starting off with a clean shaven face come November, to start growing their mo.
